Team can retain up to "5 Markee Players" - 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 Crore brackets and also they can retain upto 2 Uncapped Indian Players- 4Cr for both (these two players will not be included in those five markee list ). The combination of markee player retention should be 3 Max - Indians , 2 Max - Foreigner. If any of the team is not interested to retain 5 Markee player, then based up on that number of unretained slot the RTM Card should be provided. For Eg - PBKS is going to retain (Markee - Sam Curran 10cr, Arshdeep 8cr, Jitesh 6cr) (Uncapped - Prabhsimran 4cr) - Then they will be left with 1 Indian RTM Card and 1 Foreign RTM Card.
