I feel giving an injection without the other hand surporting is wrong.
There's no contamination on a draped field after all the area to be sutured has been made surgically clean.
Contamination can only occur if we touch on areas off the sterile field or beyond the drape.
Secondly, gloves are PPE and should be dawn after scrubbing.
If these issues aren't in manuals, NMCZ needs to relook into it or else we shall say OSCE is about assumption.
