no i agree, limited skins are limited for a reason i dont think they should be easy to get, its just sometimes it sucks when you have to constantly spend for things you want while others get them in their first 10 pull

I got 10 from sharing and the others got from buying the shop packages. They are 288 echoes each and you can get them 6 times.

I think you get 1 every ten pulls you do on either of the essences, when you do the pulls the soul of resistance will be in your mail
