Recipes and ingredients:
Recipe 1
1 cup oatmeal.
50g raisins.
50g walnuts.
50 g dried apricots.
Banana.
Apple.
50g oat flakes.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
Recipe 2
2 bananas.
Banana puree.
lemon juice.
150g nuts.
Bake at 200°C/400°F for 20 minutes.
Recipe 3
1 cup oatmeal.
2 apples.
100 ml water.
1 banana.
2 eggs.
80 g cranberries.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
Grease with butter.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 40 minutes.
Let cool down.
Recipe 4
200 g oat flakes.
A pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
1 apple.
1 egg.
Avocado oil.
2 apples.
50ml water.
40g raisins.
Almond flakes.
Bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.
