The thing that has helped me the most with my side spin was your video about aiming with the sides of your shaft. I now use between 3/4 aiming systems on every shot. The last of which is the side of shaft aiming. It's crazy how that works.
So just to be clear as you made comments that you were a bit off. Are you using backhand English and following on that line or are you suggesting to line you cue up straight at the point of contact (basically no backhand)?
I don’t use backhand English. When cueing with English, my cue is parallel to where my cue would be if I were shooting a stop shot. On the example shots, the angle of the camera makes that hard to see (sorry, I’m my own cameraman) but that’s how I personally line up.
Have you ever tried to change the weight on your avid cues? I am having a hard time removing the butt cap bumper. Do you have any tips how to take it off?
It depends on the shot but with a consistent and straight stroke, you don’t need to adjust much at all if you’re using a low Deflection shaft. With this Cuetec, I’m not adjusting much at all.
5:52 this font is way too small. I had to go in landscape view and then increase the video resolution (I default to a lower resolution because high res videos sometimes don't play as smoothly) just to read it.
Hitting accurately with side spin is one of my biggest issues, and this helps a lot! Thank you so much
I’ve learned so much!
Awesome video.

@@Breakthroughbilliards it should just twist off
💪🏼
She side shaft aiming also helps me shoot with a straight line.
Too early for a like? Naaaah
Brother, the bird noise in the background was extremely distracting and loud. Had to cut the vid short because of it, unfortunately.
I’m sorry… those dang birds are the worst!
@@DrawShotTV No worries man 👍
JUST A TIP - Lose the birds. 🤔
When aiming with sidespin should we undercut with outside and overcut with inside?
