Jujimufu, the anabolic acrobat himself, bounces around Super Training like a ninja! He works up to a heavy 3 rep deadlift, does a backflip between each rep, and then goes on to keep adding more weight! He can't be stopped!

Watching Jujimufu's backflip tutorial way back in 2006 on TrickTutorials is how I got interested in gymnastics, ultimately earning a scholarship to go to school because of it. Thank you Jujimufu for giving that overweight kid with no self esteem drive to make something of himself.

+Baby Pizza how would you tell someone to learn backflips? i'm 1.87 meters tall, 82 kg, i lift and am somewhat lean... i can do backflips from 1, 3 and 5 meters into the water and also on a trampoline but that was 3 years ago and i think i need a spotter who knows what he's doing >.

Well dude that would still be the same person. I'm somewhat like a milder version of Jujimufu, and I can tell you half of the earth wants me dead the other half absolutely loves it. The moral is just be yourself, nobody else is being themselves and that's their problem.
