Hello Dominique, it would be interesting to see you react to this video: how did your goals and desires feel 4 years later? Did you accomplish those things? did anything change? how do you feel today looking back to June 2020 as you show in this planner? You could really give us some helpful ideas on what worked, in the journal and planning over time, what parts were / weren't effective and your outlook on the system as it has evolved for you in your practice
Thank you, Dominique. Jenny is inspirational and, like you, I need a more specific how-to. You are giving me the tools to begin this new process, and a few great ideas for processing my own desires. I've been a planner for many years, starting with Franklin before there was a Covey, and ending most recently with Bullet Journaling. I have taken something from each and now feel I have found, thanks to you, the method that will take me into the future. Again, thank you!
Great insight and love your clarity suggesting how to tackle nit only the transition from lists to scripting. I really think it’s helpful to see how you use the planners. Question I have is when you go to buy Jenny’s planners there are a lot of choices in sizes. Can you review the sizes esp in relation to the leather book covers?
Each part of the planning process makes sense in isolation, but I need a script-with-me session! I'm curious about how you actually put the pieces together. It would be so instructive to see a think-aloud where you model your intentional process of utilizing your goals and incorporating the visioning, must-dos, and want-to-dos as you go through the week. Thanks so much for sharing your time and talent!
I love that you have a standalone journal that fits in your planner for scripting. I'm on week 5 of The Artist's Way and Julia Cameron has you doing some scripting in the tasks. I love scripting! Thank you for spreading the word and sharing what you do for it - I should do more scripting outside of my Artist's Way prompts.
So glad I found your channel and this series. I’m also a full time, work-outside-the-home-in-healthcare employee so your videos help me envision how I can use this method. September is already laid out, but I can start the journaling process now. So.... more research and many, many thanks!
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Your explanations are just what I needed to be able to use the perfect planner method. Thanks for sharing your real life experiences as examples. I look forward to implementing these ideas.
Loving your detailed instructions on this method, thanks so much for sharing concrete examples. One question I have for your Q & A, how do you note the stuff in your (daily) planner, that you didn't get around to. I see there are tipins?, but how do you handle that, is it just forgotten about? Looking forward to your next video in your series.
Jenny says you should leave your planner at home. I have my planner with me at all times and I refer to it throughout the day. My to do’s, scheduling of errands, grocery, to buy list, bills to pay, meals, thoughts - everything. Do I need 2 planners. How do I organize?
Thank you so much for this! I am new, started this month. Two things I currently see... One, on days that I am sick, for instance I am just getting over some strange stomach bug, I am afraid to write about it because it is negative; however, being sick obviously it completely jacked up my day, for 3 days in a row! I have not been able to do yoga (one of my goals) or walk (another goal 4 times per week) because I have felt awful. What do you do when those days happen? Do you still write about it even though it is not positive thinking, it is more like... reality? Two, which goes along with number one, what exactly do I do to get myself back on the scripting track when I have missed some of my goals? Any advice on that since you have been working at it for some months now? :)
I would script out the day by day how well you are going to feel by resting, sleeping and allowing your body to heal as its detoxing. It maybe a shorter scripted day, but you could add details about eating a hot bowl of soup and how smelling it warms your body and opens your nasal passages and calms your upset tummy and makes you feel comforted like when your mom use to take care of you when you were sick, or how your kids feel when you care for them. Not sure if this what you were looking for, but it's how I deal with sickness. Its real and you feel awful, but a great time to just lean in and let your body rest focusing on the positive sides of sickness, but not giving in and complaining. I hope this makes since and it helpful.

I’d love to know about this too because it’s what caused me to fall off the wagon with PPM and return to bullet journaling and lists.

@@creeksidehomeschoolers This is a great idea that I had not thought of! I was not looking at it that way. Thank you!
