Oxfordshire Churches: St Agatha's, Brightwell

A medieval church with an 18th century tower, and the scene of a murder in the early 16th century! St. Agatha's lies in the middle of a small village, and is set in a quiet churchyard. It has recently acquired a small church room on the south side.

A pity the brick tower wasn't built more sympathetically to the remaining building but all-in-all a very beautiful church. I really like the stained glass in this church especially the window depicting the four Gospel writers.
