Madam you have shown the preparation of a very healthy recipe of Ganike Soppu saaru (Blake night shade) which I was seeing in my olden days when my grand mother was preparing, now a days such type of preparation of healthy sambar or saaru from using different different greenery leaafs has become very rare, and due to generation gap many people's have forgotten the preparations of sambar or saaru from using greenery leafs (soppu) because of lack of knowledge . Hence now a days people's are suffering from many diseases due to non using the greenery leafs (soppu). In such situation people like you doing a great service to human by demonstrating our traditional recipes so I request you to show more and more such olden days all types of recipes thank you very much madam for showing the preparation of Ganike saaru in simple and easiest method 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👌👌👌👌
