When this song played in the finale it broke my heart because the same song played when they first met, the story came full circle, amazing show, amazing ost. Ty for uploading

I wish more animes would lean towards this style of romance with their characters. I get so tired of harem shows. I think the meaningful couples are better to watch. Chtholly and Willem now rank pretty high on my favorite anime pairs.

Clannad (even though the source visual novel has routes of different heroines, the anime series is focused on the main one)
(first season is about school romcom, second season about after graduation, life of a couple taking care for a child + a pinch of time leaping phenomenon)(personally highly recommend)
Banished from the Hero's Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside (loyal to one heroine and acts like a normal couple even in a fantasy world setting... none of the unnecessary super dense bs)

For this anime, if I watch past episode four, I have to watch it all. It just seems like episode four can be the end, but every episode afterward has a cliffhanger. Rewatching soon, but with a friend.

One of the very rare anime’s that actually builds an emotional black hole in your heart… they didn’t do us justice and added this song to the final scene… I couldn’t keep a straight face luckily I didn’t cry, but there’s a hole in my mind 💀💀 9/10 or even 10/10 anime. Those fairies were adorable
I keep going back and forth from the episode 1 version of this song to the last episode version, and the last episode version is so much heavier. My heart sinks just listening to it. Episode 1’s is just a bit more cheerful and happy.
For me it dosent matter if its the first episode or the last episode, i still staty crying when i hear this version

Well shit, I expected it and yet it was so much worse then I imagined. It got me in a way that no other show, save for Violet evergarden, has been able to get me. What a depressing ending bros.

I loved the anime so much, I bought the light novel. I would have bought the manga too, but my mom says I'm too old and shouldn't be wasting my time reading comic books.

@@derbe8647 Let's just say the opening scene of the first episode is one of the final scenes in the last episode.
It you don't want to risk it, episode four or five is a good place to stop to avoid the sadness. You can watch up until episode eight or nine, but some things won't make sense, and you'll end up watching till the end anyways.
But yes, it does get very sad. However, strangely fulfilling.

I was looking up memes for WorldEnd (I have to say SukaSuka for Google). The one I thought would be the most popular (the one that goes, first time watching, stone face, second time watching with opening scene, tears so hard one can refill the oceans) was not. I never even found it. I didn't really find any good memes except for that History channel guy going, "leprechaun lollies." That one made me laugh.

This is a cover of a Simon & Garfunkel song. I was surprised to hear it.
A nice take on an old Yorkshire ballad. It was just disappointing to hear her say Scarboro rather than Scarborough (Scar-burrah). You can always tell when it isn't a native speaker. Obviously, it is likely because it is based the Simon & Garfunkel version.
This song sends the chills up and down the back.
