    Well done for persevering with the peanut butter and jam sandwich...... Maybe try a less sweet peanut butter if you were to have it again. Is nice on a toasted bagel. Just a little bit of jam on top of unsweetened pb.
    REALLY need to find those lotus cream filled biscuits!!!!! (seen so many people trying them and they look good)

      Ahah the biscuits were from Sainsbury’s aha. And yes I definitely need a different pb it was just wayyyy to sweet aha x

      @@Jessicakaity I only have the smaller Sainsbury's near my house, need to venture further out to a bigger one to find the lotus biscuits I think!! Definitely try a less sweet Pb xx

    I don’t like pb&j either but well done for pushing yourself & finishing it anyway!! I find it difficult when food isn’t perfect or doesn’t taste as good as I’d hoped but that’s life I guess. Least we’ve tried it and we know now instead of fantasising about something that isn’t that good/we don’t like anyway xx

    Too sweet?!?!? What!!! Haha 😂 don't you like chocolate or ice cream or cookies? Those are all sweet things. My dad just made me a PB and j sandwich for lunch. He used Texas style toast (extra thick) and then buttered both slices of bread and then added pb and berry jam. And I had a glass of milk on the side. The butter adds a salty ish taste so that might help ? (Plus extra nutrition and my parents say lol). And you could try adding banana on top. Also toast your bread and then make the sandwich and add banana coins inside. Or you could do a honey and pb sandwich (which is much much sweeter but I mean it's so good!!!) So yeah, toast your bread, add banana and have a nice glass of milk with it to balance it out. 😀. That should work. Some people even do Nutella and pb sandwiched. And having a thicker bread will help it not seem too much pb or jam.

    What you never had pb&jam sandwich?W.O.W.
    And you eat less than 3 month ago,it's your natural desire to eat that much or you still afraid of eating to your true hunger,I don't care how much calories,cuz it's not accurate and your body is not a calculator and we are all unique.
    I really worry about you,you had anorexia for along time and you in Recovery not even year,I can't decide are you recovered or not,only you and your body knows.
    Hope you gone read this,keep fighting,you are strong,smart and beautiful,funny.
    I'm in Recovery for 5-7 month and still finding little anorexia restrictive rules and Neural pathways.

      Its difficult to judge whether someone's truley recovered, it looks different for everyone so only they themselves know. To me she seems happy and healthy :)

    Hey, just wondering when you will be done with your recovery? Are you planning to eat like you were in recovery after you’re done?

      That’s a bit of a silly question. No one knows when they’re “done” with recovery. There is no set date. I wish there was but unfortunately there isn’t.

      recovery is a tricky and difficult process i think i will be always cautious as restricting is my automatic coping mechanism but i do think i will recover!!! just no idea when aha x
