The game needs to be a lot more tactical and realistic for it to be fun again. Way too casual. Remove sliding. Nobody fucking slides around in a battle. Diving would be more sensible.
Only is they start being realistic again (no women figters on battlefield and no black people in nazi army). My grandparents was in this war and this is disgraceful to me (women WAS on battlefield, but only as a nurses and without weapons, only exceptions was in special forces with sniper-women unit, my grandmother was a nurse on the battlefield)
