I feel bad for anyone who chooses to pay this much for that kind of house in NJ. You could literally find a way bigger house in a beautiful community with a bigger garage and land for that much out in a rural suburb in a great community. Being everyone from the city is basically doing that and the stores are better and larger, the streets are cleaner, the neighbors are nicer, so much fresh air and beautiful trees. Well to each their own.
