What updating?? This place has old world charm down to the shutters. Would'nt dare change a thing! Stunning.
This building is very able ist. It's not very handicap or elderly accessible at all.
Does the master on the third floor have a complete bath? Or is it a powder room?
Hi Marta! Thanks for commenting. There's a full bath. At the back of the bathroom there was a shower that I didn't catch in the video. What a blast from the past. I shot that 3 years ago and it's still being watched :)
Ron is there space for a pool
Seems like every 50 feet is another named beach in Florida.
So pretty. The outside is timeless Very dated inside.
Gosh. Looks dark and gothic. More like a house for Transylvania. Also, typical Florida: house is a few feet away from the neighbors.
