So I've owned a zxc 60" for 2 seasons now. Been very happy with it. Definitely want the dual fuel tanks. I mow about 3 acres of "farm" acreage grass and it does well with the thick stuff. Not amazing but this mower also doesn't cost a commercial price. I also changed the turf tires on it for some aggressive golf cart tires that make it handle way more precise. However it will tear up the lawn a little if you're not gentle turning around. I felt it would spin the tires a lot with the factory ones and nearly get stuck on a dog turd. This thing is very agile now and does do a really good job every day.
I have a Kubota and am looking for a larger tractor. My top 3 are TYM, Branson (which is now TYM) and Kioti. If you have a dealer of those near, you should check them out.
Not sure if the $9k is a deal but 1.9% for 60 months is cheap enough to justify buying one to mow a 1/4 acre lot. Joke aside how hard is it to qualify (with kioti) with credit tightening across all businesses?

I believe these to be an HD residential mower rather than commercial.

I’m getting a small compact tractor,looked and Miranda and Kabota so far.I’m getting mower,back hoe and bucket.
Both of those are decent tractors, but the Kioti CS series and the TYM 224 are worth a look as well.

There has been no tightening on the credit purse strings. 9K ain't cheap, but it's not overpriced.
