Don’t throw away that Conehead zombie, It’s from an unofficial brand called Linxin and that specific one is from 2011. Linxin plush are very popular in the pvz collecting community and could price between 15-30 dollars mattering on the condition.
That Zip-N-Go sledder dog is a 2007 Hallmark exclusive and can sell for like $30-$40 with no tag. The lavender Russ Berrie cat could be around $15-$20. One of the Randall Reindeer plushes sold on Mecari for $28.

In the last bag there was a Build A Bear Skechers Twinkle Toes Peace Heart Bear. I look it up & I saw the bear for sell between 10 - 20 dollars.
So you should also look for Build A bears in these bags because even If they are not stuffed some can be worth some money, especially If they are discontinued/retired & you can go to a build a bear & get most if not all unstuffed animals/characters stuffed. They will also restuff & fix you're build a bears for you I think for free & lots of people say they turn out like they are new.
Also some of the clothes & accessories can also be worth some money too. Not all animals/character, clothing & accessories are worth a lot of money but some that are popular, retired or people are looking for specific animal/character or item can be worth a lot, like 50, 60, 70 or even in the 100s of dollars. A lot of build a bear stuff can still be worth some money like 10, 20, 30 dollars, so don't throw/donate build a bear stuff out without looking them up first.
I also think if its a character you should look it up no matter what condition it's in or if its made in china because I think some stuff can still be worth some money.
