In this case just split the bill as i have told in video.
Like- go to split bill and room and food alag alag split kar lo then save kar do
Ab jab print bill karke settlement karoge to 2 baar option aayega ek bar room bill settle karne ka and dubara food bill settle karne ka
Room ko company mein settle kar do
Aur food ko cash mein card mein jisme bhi karna ho

Sir maliye 1 guest se ka tariff 18000 hen humne us se advance me 8000 leliya or post krdiya fir check-out ke time hame 10 hazar lena he toh hum use kahi me settle karenge

Usko agar wo cash deta hai to cash mein settle karna hai
Agar card se deta hai to card mein settle karna hai
Agar upi mein deta hai to upi mein settle karna hai

You can delete that deposit
If delete option is hidden then you have to asked IT person to activate delete option

What do you mean by guest high balance report?
You can check all guest balance through "Guest Quick Balance"
When you will enter Room number you will get all details
