  • In this quest to see something travelling at the speed of light we stumble upon a forgotten branch of astronomy: Variable Nebula. These pulsating nebula have ripples of light flowing through them. It is my sincere wish that us amateurs club together to record these incredible space objects... and that's exactly what we're doing as part of a project called The Big Amateur Telescope.

    massive fan of this channel Rory. I remember showing some videos to my friends whilst we were wild camping on Pen y Fan last summer, watching the planets rotate above us! they were blown away by your content, and they're not massive astro-geeks! the way you explain things makes it easy for non-science-y folks to understand, and the images you take are stunning.
