it’s easy to see our mistakes from game replays. but implementing them in actual game quite hard, cuz most of times we autopilot

Hey! I think I managed to do a better job at looping the clips. Let me know if it's better! And enjoy the video!

There are two versions to the requests - FREE and PAID ($25). I will accept BOTH but PAID will take priority. If you're interested, please follow my Twitter/X on twitter.com/RocketInsight_ or and send me a direct message saying whether you're interested. You can add me on Discord too with name: rocketinsight. I will get back to you as soon as possible for you to answer more questions. Once you qualify, you'll be put on a waiting list as I don't want to make a promise and not fulfil it. I will only accept one request, and once the video is done and published, I will move onto the next request

This is such a great video. Super cool idea to analyze pro gameplay, which is something I oddly never thought to do. We all hail the pros as (obviously) the best players, but sometimes it’s hard to look past their near-perfect mechanics and realize there’s a whole plethora of mastered game sense behind their gameplay. I would love to see more videos about the kinds of decisions our top Rocket League players are making! Amazing video as always!

6:44 is definitely hindsight bias. I am all for pointing out pros' mistakes, but in this instance I will stand by his aerial. Both movements look awkward however, the position Zen takes by aerialing perfectly covers the hard ceiling bounce, no bounce, and soft bounce (which is what happened). If the ball doesn't hit the ceiling it could be a potentially hard read from the wall (due to it being faster) but likely will still be workable, if the ball hits the ceiling harder the position you put yourself in by flipping to the wall is extremely uncomfortable and awkward as the ball MAY be far enough from the wall to be unreachable, at least with a solid-followable touch. However, I'll say I don't think Zen played his follow up touch as good as he could have, that being said he likely puts a lot of trust in his teammate because missing or not touching in that scenario would be worse than hitting it to opp #2.

amazing video, lots of helpful things to take from it
10:13 this is something that i find a lot of ppl do in low/mid champ, but at the wrong time, and it actually irritates me. i think in some situations its good to have an immediate follow-up on an aerial, like this one where it's a 2v1 and the defender is shadowing against multiple threats. however (unless i am mistaken) it seems wrong to do a play like this where there's two defenders fully set up and in position. then it's just a double commit on what's a 50/50 at best.

Yeah exactly, no wise to do ti when there's two defenders
