Bro.. this an answer to prayer. I watch your videos cause I aspire to be like these guys, man. I want to make simple casual Christian shirts and they doin it! I am goin to school for biblical studies and been wanting to put my new knowledge of Hebrew (Greek in a couple semesters) onto shirts to get people to start conversations. The theme is Heaven on Earth. Kingdom of God here and now shirts. I already got designs, a logo, I just need equipment and I’m goin. I had this idea for awhile but been busy with school and work but finally been doin more research to learn everything I can literally last night, and today there’s this video. 💯🙏🏽
Thanks for sharing, BUT keep your ideas to yourself and God. There are people on the internet looking for the next big idea to use to make money; even if it is dishonorable. All the best brother in your journey. I am right now in the process of starting my own brand as well.

Yo I have a question what if I add like Goku or a super smash Bros character to my shirt and edit it will I get sued.. and if so how do all these bigger companies get away with having different characters on their shirts ..maybe we can email to discuss more about it Great content ..thank you rich
Tbh, most small to start up companies(like mine) do this because they aren't receiving major attention for the creators to sue. Big companies like Nike, bape, Adidas, Supreme, etc have licensing and actually collaborates with the people that owns the characters. So you should be fine, BUT I would really recommend you to at least do fan art of the characters and not just copy the whole design.
Use reference when making your designs and try to design them yourself or pay an artist. You can get away with using characters as long as you make original designs instead of blatantly copying the source material.
@@elevated-apparel I'm not saying they won't... I'm saying to draw their own but always try to get permission from the company. Sunfrog was/is a well known distributor which is why they got sued for 1.9m. As for your friend, selling a product with the company's character without a license TO the actual company wasn't such a good idea! Lol Once again I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but it doesn't happen often. Always be safe though!
