    Thanks for this video. I was finally able to mount my no-vesa Samsung screen using the adapter. I bought the adapter from the eBay link, nice and clean transaction.

    Thanks for the guide. The model I am using is LU32R590CWEXXS, which seems to be identical to LU32R590CWNXZA. I am guessing the same adapter should work as well?

    bought two and just installed them. One thing you might find difficult or unexpected, through no fault of this product, is that Samsung red Loctite's the four bolts into the mounting bracket. I stripped three and ultimately had to drill out all 8 (I did two monitors). Not a big deal, but a little more involved. A+ on this product though...

    • @creat3dlab12
      @creat3dlab12  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's quite interesting, because on my monitor they used blue loctite and bolts came off quite easy. If anybody is having problems undoing the bolts, try heating them up with a lighter or something else before.

      At 1:10 my screws are stripped and can’t remove them. Any cheap suggestions?

    • @tlfreek
      @tlfreek 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@poltad drill them out. its easy and quick but do not mar the bracket or the threaded area of the insert. You'll need it. OP had an idea which is to apply heat although I have never done this. good luck - dont worry they will come up - go get twice as many drill bits as you need and have fun. go slow.

    • @creat3dlab12
      @creat3dlab12  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@poltad Yeah, if you stripped head of the screw, your best bet would be to either cut a new head for a flat screwdriver or drill them out. But if you opt for drilling, drill them with a smaller driller bit than the screw. You don't want to drill out thread on the steel plate. If you do drill out the thread, you'll have to tap those holes again with M4 tap.

    • @AlbertTao
      @AlbertTao 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I got two of these. On one of the stands I was unable to remove the 4 bolts, heat didn't help. On the other stand, 3/4 of the bolts came out with zero fuss, no heat no special treatment, but I was unable to remove the fourth one. I'm in the process of moving and only brought basic hand tools, so I'll try drilling them out when I have access to my drill.

    I installed the vesa adapter that I bought for my cr24rg50 and it went perfectly until I plugged the monitor into my pc. There appeared big black box that was like third of the screen and I have no idea why. Do you know why is that or is there a fix for it

    • @creat3dlab12
      @creat3dlab12  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey, I have no idea why that happened. There is no need to even touch electronics of the monitor in question. Did you maybe somehow hit the monitor accidentaly or broke the screen?

    • @creat3dlab12
      @creat3dlab12  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We are sorry to hear that, could you explain what actually happened? If one of the adapter legs broke, other 3 legs should have hold it without any problems. Your monitor could have fallen down only in case all 4 adapter legs broke or if the metal plate somehow got unscrewed from the monitor or from the adapter by itself. We can offer you a replacement adapter, just hit us up at support@creat3d.hr
