Pride cometh before the fall. Who gets that hurt over cleaning a drain? Truly the definition of making a mountain out of a molehill. But my spidey-senses tell me this quiet, meek and timid display is nothing more than a facade - an act. The scant details of the previous lawsuit where it was only touched on briefly in this video, where the plaintiff was trying to get the mother evicted if I understood that correctly, I’d love to know more details…. Vindictive would be an understatement. I hope the mom/defendant and her children came out of this unscathed and was able to continue having a nice life together as a family. Sadly no good deed goes unpunished.

Well, within three minutes, he managed to get his door open a little and worked on that cord I tied to the doorknobs and got it open enough to wriggle his way through. We heard him coming and threw blankets over the toys and presents. I spent another hour finally getting him to sleep. I think we finally went to bed about five a.m. He woke us up again about seven. At first I saw the thumbnail and said whoa look at the attitude on that one! But now I see she’s entitled to every bit of that attitude! Calling CPS in retaliation is such a shady horrible thing to do. I wish there were a way to make it a criminal offense without deterring people from calling when they really need to.
I’ve called once in my life with VERY good reason and was highly disappointed in how CPS handled it.
Nothing like calling and prepping them for the time & date of the visit and then giving enough detail of the call that WERE NOT necessary to do a thorough investigation but enough that the person knew the general vicinity it was coming from.
It didn’t make them parent better. It made them learn to be more secretive about it. Way to drop the ball again CPS

    • @sparklesp9304

Yeah, you should never call CPS unless the child's life is in danger. It needs much reform and kids can end up WAY WORSE than they were beforehand, which the plantiff obviously knew. The best thing you can do is offer your help or try to get a family member to intervene.
