✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐤𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦
Musk Melon(खरबूजा) - 1
Sugar(चीनी) - 3-4 Spoon
Custard Powder(कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
Food Color(फ़ूड कलर) - Some
Whipped Cream(फेंटी हुई मलाई) - 1 Cup
Food Color(फ़ूड कलर)
Dry Fruits(सूखे मेवे)
Colorful Cherries(रंगीन चेरी)
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐤𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐞:
Sago(साबूदाना) - 2 Tbsp
Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
Milk(दूध) - 1 Cup
Sugar(चीनी) - 1/4 Cup
Muskmelon Pulp(खरबूजे का पल्प)
Colorful Cherries(रंगीन चेरी)
Ice Cubes(बर्फ के टुकड़े)
Rose Sharbat(गुलाब शरबत)
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐤𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞, cut the muskmelon and scoop out the seeds from it. Then take a bowl & keep the strainer on it. Put the Muskmelon seeds on it & clean the seeds. Then put the seeds into the mixer grinder and add some Water. Grind it & make a fine paste & sieve it. Add some Custard Powder into a paste & mix well.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐤𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦, scoop out the muskmelon pulp into a mixer grinder & grind it well. Then keep a heavy and wide pan on the flame & put Muskmelon Pulp & Suger to it. Stir it continuously till becomes half of its initial quantity. Then add Custard Mixture & Food Color & cook on a slow flame. Turn off the flame and keep it cooling down completely.
Take a big bowl, put the whipped cream into it & beat the cream with the beater. Then add some Muskmelon Pulp gradually & mix with the whisker. Put some Food Color & mix well. Pour the ready ice cream mixture into the tray and ice cream mold. Cover with a clean wrap & freeze overnight or until set completely. Finally, take the Muskmelon Icecream out of the freezer & serve it.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐤𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐞, keep the pan on the flame, put Water & Sago & boil it for 4-5 minutes. Then put Milk & Sugar & cook for 3-4 minutes then turn the flame off & keep it cooling down completely. Add some Muskmelon paste & mix well. Take a serving glass, put chopped Muskmelon, Colorful Cherry, Ice Cubes, Rose Sharbat & Sago Mixture. Garnish with finely chopped Dry Fruits, Colorful Cherries & serve it chilled. In this way, tasty Muskmelon Icecream & Shake will get ready so easily at home.
