You have to download it. I had a friend do mine as I'm not great with type of thing. Download to laptop and then plug loopstation in to laptop. Theres a tutorial on TH-cam
You have to install the 2.0 update which involves stuff like connecting the looper to a computer system and downloading some files. It's kinda hard to explain so you're better off with finding a tutorial on how to update it.
Mikkel Zeeberg Christensen hit the Memory button, switch it to master input fx and switch it from single to multi. Then go to master track fx and do the same, hope this helps
