    #UPDATE: Now they don't come to pickup your faulty product even if it's Wireless. Instead they ask you courier it to them and they will refund 100rs. courier cost in your Paytm (you need to fill a form shared by them).

    Important Update - 🌟
    For wireless products, Boult Audio will provide the pickup of the product also, you don't need to send the product from your side. Because in this case, if any minor issues are found they sometimes repair your product and not replace it.
    For Wired Products, pickup is not provided you need to send the product from your side, because they completely replace the product and give you a new one💯

      No no, aapka product wireless h toh aapko apni trf se send nhi krna h, lockdown ki vjh se services thoda slow and delay ho gyi hain, kch dino me vo aapko ek aur email bhejenge jisme aapke product ka pickup scheduled hoga aapko proper date mentioned hogi email me no need to worry for pickup and delivery of your product. Also aap 1 hafte tk wait krna but agr 1 hafte me koi email nhi aata h toh aap unke complaint number pe call krke ek baar update le lena regarding your product.       This is "Sound distortion" problem, something is wrong with the inner circuit, you have to get it repaired/replaced. In short claim your warranty ASAP💜

    How much time generally it takes for shipping our product to the service center???

      Your product generally reaches within 4-5 days, it's also highly dependent on the distance, if your city is located near to their shipping address it may even reach in 2-3 days. These days it's somewhat a lockdown everywhere and services are delayed so I'll highly recommend that the day you receive an email from them to ship your product, you try do it on that particular day or by the next day, in short as early as possible 🌟

      Yes, it happened to a lot of people that they didn't received proper updates via email. Last week I talked to Boult Audio they told me that due to pandemic and lockdown their staff is very limited and they are unable to send proper updates on time. Since your pickup was made on 20th june, I'll recommend you to wait for today and tomorrow and then on Friday between 10am and 7pm you can call there customer care, tell them your ticket number and about your pickup they'll update you with everything and what will be done ahead of your pickup. Customer care number is at 9:06 in the video🌟

      Wired ke case me sirf replace hota h and wireless ke case agr by chance koi minor issue hua tbhi usko repair krke vhi product bheja jata h else replace ho jata h. But agr repair hone ke baad jo product aapko mila h vo aapka purana vala product nhi h toh aap unke complaint number pe call krke apna issue unhe btaiye vo definitely isko theek krenge.     bhai ek doubt tha meine boult walo ko abhi tak mera product (Boult loop earphones) bhi send nahi kiya sirf warranty claim ke liye website pei jo details mangte hei wahi bheji thi aur mujhe turant unka mail aa gaya tha ki aapka case registration ho gaya hei fir ek hafte baad ek aur unka mail aata hei ki aapka product replace kar diya jaayega aur aapko iske regarding jo update hoga wo aapko jald hi notify kar diya jaayega. Par takriban ek hafte aur baad ( yaani aaj) ek mail aaya unke taraf se ki aapka product dispatch kar diya gaya hei. But mujhe ek baat samajh nahi aa rahi ki meine jab unhe mera product bheja hi nahi to wo mujhe product dispatch kaise kar rahe hei ???? inki policy mei kuch change hua hei kya ??
