This is "Sound distortion" problem, something is wrong with the inner circuit, you have to get it repaired/replaced. In short claim your warranty ASAP💜
Your product generally reaches within 4-5 days, it's also highly dependent on the distance, if your city is located near to their shipping address it may even reach in 2-3 days. These days it's somewhat a lockdown everywhere and services are delayed so I'll highly recommend that the day you receive an email from them to ship your product, you try do it on that particular day or by the next day, in short as early as possible 🌟

Last week I talked to Boult Audio they told me that due to pandemic and lockdown their staff is very limited and they are unable to send proper updates on time. Since your pickup was made on 20th june, I'll recommend you to wait for today and tomorrow and then on Friday between 10am and 7pm you can call there customer care, tell them your ticket number and about your pickup they'll update you with everything and what will be done ahead of your pickup. There's a very slight chance that they might deny it because of physical damage, but it's better to try. I'll recommend you to only mention the "touch sensor" part in the complaint, then there'll very good chance of you getting a new product or atleast get a repair for the same 💯

Bro Boult audio....... Earphone's ko Replace kr ke new product deta hai ya fir old used product deta hai ? Boult audio ne 1 month pehle mere freepods ko pickup kiya tha or fir aaj replace kr ke koi purana sa used hua product bhej diya hai .
Wired ke case me sirf replace hota h and wireless ke case agr by chance koi minor issue hua tbhi usko repair krke vhi product bheja jata h else replace ho jata h. But agr repair hone ke baad jo product aapko mila h vo aapka purana vala product nhi h toh aap unke complaint number pe call krke apna issue unhe btaiye vo definitely isko theek krenge. Complaint number maine video ke 9:06 time pe diya h✨

bro, My bould Gearpod Buds TOUCH CONTROL not working, but also there is a minor crack at the bottom of buds will they replace or repair touch sensor ? or They will just deny it because of physical damage of device? my main concern it to solve touch control only.
There's a very slight chance that they might deny it because of physical damage, but it's better to try. I'll recommend you to only mention the "touch sensor" part in the complaint, then there'll very good chance of you getting a new product or atleast get a repair for the same 💯
