I am so glad I found your channel! Your explanation of crystal energy and how they work is on point. I got into crystals 10/2018, I believe in the healing power of crystals. One of my favorites is Hematite, it helps with blood circulation and pain. I use to get chronic low back pain and muscle spasms but that all stopped when I started wearing my Hematite bead bracelet. I order most of my bracelets from Kalei's Pearls and Jewels (FB group). She has authentic gems/crystals. I will share your page with her as well.

I found that placing a black tourmaline at the base of the spine and one at the top of the spine, they align the spinal column. It feels so good!
Also clear quartz or a Herkimer Diamond amplifies other crystals' properties.

I don't have many crystals. So far the regular Amethyst, Amethyst Auralite 23, Amethyst Super 7, Prasiolite, Clear Quartz with Inclusions, Rose Quartz, Rutilated Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Sunstone, Moonstone, Labradorite, Azurite Malachite, Sakura Agate, Red Agate, Carnelian, Lapis Lazuli, Sodalite, Calcites, Tektite, Fluorites, and Tiger Eyes. Sometimes I lay the crystals under the sun for an hour or two but I prefer meditating with the crystals and recharge each one of them with Energy Healing modalities i.e. Quantum/Solas Reiki, Image Cycling, HeartMath, etc. I'm on the opinion that a strong and effective healer is able to shift the energy that a crystal has absorbed by holding the crystal and doing hands on energy healing. A more powerful healer may even be able to attune a crystal without touching it. Yes, crystals absorb the energy in the field a.k.a surrounding and environment, but crystals also absorb energy from the human field. Opinions differ and that's okay and I'm in no way imposing my personal belief to anyone.

Very good point. There's so much intention setting that is important in feng shui or using any physical objects, so when you hold the crystal which I assume is cleaned, you must set that intention and authentically believe in that intention. Tibetan Clear Quartz. Helps me soo much with anxiety and sadness. I just bought more tumble stones different types to help for different reasons and it is not fiction these gemstones hold a power that you can feel and find relief from pain in life so we can get back to life and loving it.

My question is when you’re using the crystal for intention, do I just just do it once or am I always sending my intention multiple times? I’m really enjoying your videos. Do you use grids? If so I’d love to see a video on that as well.
I send the intention as little or as much as I need to. I usually repeat a few times. No, I do not use grids. Much love and blessings.

so one misconception about health is that low frequencies are bad and high vibrations are good. Many times it’s the opposite: people are trying to be on higher vibrations than their physical bodies can afford and neglect the lower vibrations of their physical bodies. The way to go about it is to try to align the lower vibration to the higher vibration (as in an octave lower, or several octaves lower). Thinking that lower vibrations are bad is not an accurate way to go about healing: your body does the most DNA repair in Delta Wave sleep which is as as low as the decimal .01 hz to 5 hz. For reference, the lung frequency is 220 hz and the solfeggio frequency of the heart chakra is 639 hz. Does that mean that delta sleep is evil and that people need to “raise their vibration”? No, in many instances people actually need to LOWER their vibration. The crystals are a high vibration that can help note the physical manifestation of this vibration but in order to do that, the key is to take the high crystal vibration and go down several octaves with it to CONNECT to the physical body and physical manifestation. Low vibrations are not evil, in fact, people would be healthier if they practiced lowering their vibration as much as raising it. It’s the Negative vibrations that deplete the body of life force and cause the DNA to break down: shame, fear, hate…they put people in negative vibrations where instead of recharging and repairing, body is leaking life force and breaking down. In the case of shame, a person is literally apologizing for their existence…literally apologizing for life itself. Shame is a negative vibration not a “low vibration”. From my understanding, as angelic realms are in the 1000 hz area and above, the demonic realms would be in the -1000 hz frequency and below. I am not sure, but I am just writing this comment to clear the misconception that low vibraions are bad. The earth Schumann frequency is 7.83 HZ, delta sleep as mentioned before is 0.5 hz, the nerve healing frequency is 40-60 hz….these are all “low” vibrations and they are what the body needs to connect with in order to heal. So you take a higher angelic vibration and scale it down to the physical bodies “low” vibration to heal. Being on a high vibration all the time can burn the body out and actually cause disease.

Every spiritual person knows should go to doctors as well.. Father did energy healing but those ppl who he did it on was fine at first, but then the pain came back way worse! It's to numb not to heal..
Also follow ur own correspondence what u resonate with and how. Like father he see colour blue as love.. that's HIS correspondence. Mine I have 2, 1 red for passionate love and other like relationships of friends and stuff, even self love is pink. With that said u believe what u correspond and u manifest coz u have ur belief and correspondence working for u. Idk how else to explain.

Wow, that is a great question, as I have bought my crystals from different shops and even a spiritual conference. Look online and search it out. I think when you visit a website, you can tell if the crystals feel authentic and if it resonates with you. I know Etsy.com sells crystals, I have not bought any from there but some of them looked very nice.
