These are my thoughts exactly ...I've never understood the point of tarot n oracle card "reviews", made by so many people who are only doing an unboxing...that means nothing to me...I want to hear peoples personal experiences with their cards. So I'm excited to hear that "one" person ...out of the hundreds on YT is finally going to do a "review" n not another Tarot reveal. Such an easy idea..concept; yet nobody posts videos like that..weird.
I agree with you. That's why I started doing reviews on decks because I love hearing if and how others connect to their cards. I will do more deck reviews in the future. Appreciate your feedback on this video. 😊
I like the reviews better because an unboxing doesn't really tell us anything except whether the new deck is pretty and the person opening it likes the imagery or not. Thank you for sharing your experiences with this deck.
Exactly I love this deck alot especially for personal readings. Very accurate for me and great for Journaling. I will also review decks I don't like as well as explain why. I want to be sure The reviews are balanced that's why I decided I wouldn't be accepting free decks for reviews but instead talk about the ones I purchased myself and own already.
I like this. I'm going to stop doing unboxings because I miss too much on the cards as I go through them afterwards. I think I'd like to spend time with a deck before doing a walkthrough going forward.
I really love these cards they're so my style but I just can't seem to connect to them. I did a reading with them and it sounds like it's nothing personal but they just can't work with me I can't quite ascertain why? I guess it's just not my business to know? They want to be passed on but I'm not sure to whom yet, it will certainly break my heart to pass them along.💔 Is it super weird that I feel like I just got told "no babe really it's not you it's me I'm just not ready for a committed relationship right now" but then they're going to go get married to the very next person, II feel like I got broke up with 😂. Normally when I can't connect with a deck it feels more mutual but I really do love this deck and wanted it to work out. Well hopefully I can pass them on to a loving home.
Or maybe hold on to them until a later time. I had decks I didn't connect with. Then, I held on to them years passed and instant connection. All of a sudden they were spilling all the tea.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Christianity's been around for 2000 years, Christian symbolism is prevalent all over the world - even if people might not be practising Christianity of whatever denomination: Orthodox, Catholic, Lutheran, Protestant, Anglican, Episcopelian, etc etc etc - many cultures have it in their "heritage" - it wouldn't be sensible to overlook it or deny it whether it's to our liking or not.
I wanted to make sure anyone that was watching knew about the Christian imagery. Some people have an aversion to it. That way they can make an informed decision.
@@shamanicarawakpriestess Fair enough - Christian imagery really quite prevalent, so quite hard to avoid it. Even though I am no longer a Christian - I find much of Christian imagery quite fascinating - at a time when more people were illiterate, the art work served an educational purpose - people could recognise different figures through the colours of the clothes they wore, the implements they held in their hands, their posture etc etc etc - I've given guided tours in Buddhist Temples as it's something I've studied for a long time, I am by no means an expert by any stretch of the imagination - I recently gave a talk on Buddhism, with an emphasis on Tibetan Buddhism & then a guided meditation on en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Padmasambh%C4%81va - they've invited me back for another talk on en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tara_(Buddhism), & another group have invited me to give a talk as well.
This was given to me recently and is my 1st deck. I'm coming in with zero tarot knowledge and I wish their were a tutorial specifically to this deck...
The deck isn't a tarot deck. It's an oracle deck and the meanings are in the booklet. You can shuffle the cards and ask questions and pull a card and see what answers come up. It's a cool and powerful deck. Thanks for watching hope you get to great readings with it.
