I could NOT get to your WEB sight during your show. Everything was weird! I am on TH-cam and NEVER had a problem prior to this afternoon. When you use all of the social medias at the same time, WE can't do anything on our end. Please do NOT include your Web sight in the future---I can't get on it at all---the entire time!!! THANKS
Expressing disappointment over the website being jammed up is not a negative comment. It was no ones fault. No one could predict how many people would be on the site at the same time. And, some of us have slower computers. I am sure there are many disappointed people this evening. That's life. Life sucks. Once Stephanie mentioned to everyone that if they had placed their order they needed to log off of the website everything came together. So it could be customers were the problem. Who knows. When you have a good product and more customers than product you are bound to end up with some people being disappointed. I knew there was no way that everyone watching was going to get everything they wanted. It simply isn't possible. Does everyone who purchases a lottery ticket win? Nope that would be impossible. We are always told to share and share we did:) Perhaps next time?
I want to give a shout out to Stephanie, Ken and their staff for keeping their cool and staying happy and cheerful when so many things were going wrong. I loved the cards you made and I was thrilled with the sneak peak. I am looking forward to getting my order and I am already saving up for the kiss mat that you gave us a sneak peak of. The sample of Ken & the UPS truck inspired me to get the Ken stamp & die sets and the truck set too. I am looking forward to seeing the 5 minute card video when I get off work today. I would love to Ken do another card too.
Stephanie I did what you said I got a notification at 10:30pm and I saw it at 11pm. Went and signed in and then I got kicked off and my screen went black then I kept refreshing my browser. I also turn my internet off than on so it wasn’t at my end because I can hear other videos. I was being patient and waited 2 hours and could get on until 12:45am. Then I looked all over and couldn’t find the Stephanie bag at all. Can you tell us if you are holding the bags for those who asked for the noticed when will you let us know. This is the first time I had a problem with the website in 6 years since I been a member. I’m praying that you will be able to help everyone and know you are loved and prayed for. Thanks for all you do Stephanie & Ken. I am not upset it was just a little frustrating. No need to apologize because it was do to a lot of people on at one time.
Hi, I was lucky enough to get the mini ink pads early. Unfortunately I was never able to see the Stephanie bag on the website but would love to order at least one.
Loved the online crafting celebration. I was able to put my ink cube order early in the morning, but missed out on the pink buddy bag while I was watching live. However I got lucky and it came back in stock after the live ended. Can't wait for my purchases to arrive.
