الحمدلله ... بعد سبع أشهر ونص ... انتهت رحلة ملف طلب الجنسية بتاعي ... وتم اتخاذ القرار بشأنه
أنا الآن في انتظار دعوة حضور مراسم الإحتفاء بحصولي على الجنسية الكندية ...
مشوار طويل ...
بدأ في 2008 .... وإن شاء الله هينتهي في 2017

What does "decision made" mean? Does it necessarily mean that you're granted the citizenship and will receive the ceremony invitation letter soon?

If everything was smooth and no issues, I would say Yes. Usually, they don’t reject your application without giving you the chance to defend yourself.

No it is not written any where. Just a prediction :)
The only update you get after the decision made is the invitation line

معناها انهم اخذوا قرار بخصوص ملفك ... وراح يبلغوك بالنتيجة او بالخطوة القادمة قريبا ان شاء الله ...
وفي الغالب .. بيكون معناها ايجابي بإذن الله

It depends on the ceremony availability in your area. Usually it takes between 3 to 6 months after decision made. It could be weeks sometimes if there is availability.
