One of your video about motivation in the mornings came up on my YT feed. I watched it as such videos motivate me. Then this video came up and i was 'curious' to hear about head covering. I'm on a spiritual path but i'm a Pagan so my own beliefs are very different to yours. Still i can appreciate that you are sticking up for your religious beliefs, doing what you want regardless of what other think about your head covering and that's great. 👍 Blessed be.
I wore a head covering for a few weeks last year but suffered more migraines than normal. But recently found styles that are better for my head. So I have started to wear one again. It makes me feel closer to the Lord and therefore helps my anxiety.

Do single women need to wear a head covering? Do head coverings have to be worn all the time, even in bed?
I personally can not say as a whole what people need, or have to do when it comes to head covering. But, I will say in my opinion, it is up to you when you want to start covering. Some prefer to wear it all the time, some only wear it at church, etc. For me, I do not wear it while sleeping. Although, I do wear it about 95% of the time.
