    I’ve been mainly spending my silver on a spinning gear for lure rugs jigs and spoons because for me it’s the most fun but my skill points went to feeder and bottom fishing too but I need to know which feeder set up I need for bear lake

    Hi there, liked and subbed obviously for the content and the great advice for Kuori. I really need that silver of course :'D But a question, is it possible for a level 16 to get a leader like that normally? :/ I Couldn't find any in the shop :(

    Hello, So your rod is 11kg load.. but your line is 15.6kg and your leader is 19kg. I would use maybe a 10kg line.. Cause even if your load it up with a heavy line and leader. Your weakest point of your setup is the rod. So if you break your rod.. Then you risk of breaking your reel. It's a complete domino effect. So you can't even utilize the full strength of the line and leader cause in the end your rod will suffer the downfall. So its best to try to stay as balanced as possible with the rods load cap. This way your weakest point of your setup should always be your leader or line. But never your equipment cause You can't repair a broke rod but only a reel. Just thought I give some advice.
    I use a min of 15kg for leaders. I haven't really had a pike bit me off on that size yet.

    • @thecanadianway1999
      @thecanadianway1999  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I’ve used 10-20kg line over the capacity of the rod and never had a rod broken by it, I’ve went over 1000 hours on kuori using way higher kg like then my rod and never had an issue once, maybe I’m just really lucky I don’t know, I just said what worked for me but your right for some people it may break. I have had 19kg fluo ripped off by fish teeth at kuori hundreds of times and in this case your lucky you never broke your 15kg leader lol. 😂

      @DaveTormala 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@thecanadianway1999 you never locked your reel though right? and yes.. im lucky. i did have a fish break me off on volkhov on a 19kg leader.. that sucked.. I even had a fish break me off on a 34kg leader on Archi. Someone said that it was a BT pike. Just giving some advice. Been playing since 2018. 2 account at lvl 40 and over 8k hours total in the game.. 1 reel broke on my 2nd account but 1st account 4 reels and 4 rods.. But them were some strange issues. I had a pike on the old kuori that took me under the boat station. and the others were broken from ghost snag and 1 from when I was AFK with a telefloat on the old mosquito lake. I have learned since in how to prevent anything from breaking by using setup under the rods load.

    is it a big problem if im using Linear rod 15kg load but a much weaker reel 8kg ? also if i my line load capacity is bigger than my reel load capacity wont the reel break? got 8kg line on 8.6reel

      As long as your line is around the same as the reel your fine, If you put on a weaker reel then you will be spooled a lot more often.
