Oh and spray it with rust protecting and UV protectant and let it sit it will rust on you certain parts especially

Do an upgraded version of that bike and I'll buy every part especially the shocks
Smaller front sprocket it goes quicker go for a track

Carburetor will not give you more speed and exhaust will give you more a good one and putting an 18 tooth front for top speed or putting a bigger back sprocket for quickness

I read the top speed is 55 mph on the new 2020 put a 18 tooth front sprocket it will definitely go 60 plus
Yes I know the 150 is going to win it has an extra gear like you said but I would like to see which one's quicker
Why wouldn't you say the diameter in case anybody wants to buy it ahead of time
That five gear is nice for a bigger front 18 tooth sprocket
Pros: Very reliable mine starts 1st kick ussually, easy kickstart, and comfortable ride.
Cons: Nuts/Bolts are prone to coming loose (I've lost motor mount bolts, I lost the kick starter, etc), the rear shock was worn out after a year and it is nearly impossible to find a new rear shock for this bike we had to settle for a used one online, bars bend if you drop the bike, the air box is no good so I suggest going for a carburator, my rear sprocket bushings are worn out and I can't find any replacements so my chain keeps coming off. (Not to mention I also have to tight my chain every two weeks now)
How long did you have it before all that started happening? I just recently bought one.
@@martinf1961 Nuts and bolts come loose in the first 3-6 months (well that's when I noticed they were gone, lost the kickstarter at the end of the 1st year having it.), rear shock went out after a little longer than a year, bars bent the second year, Airbox was replaced with a carb in the 1st month (more power), sprocket bushings went bad after 2 and half years.
Other than all that shit storm of problems the bike is completely reliable, and I've had ZERO problems starting the bike in 3 years of owning it.
Not very fast tho, it does like 55mph.
It's fun to do wheelies on the bike, but you can only get the front wheel up in 1st gear.
@@minecraftpro716 i see. Thats expected from a budget dirt bike i guess. I am a beginner so i wanted to go the cheaper route and get the feel of the sport without spending thousands on a brand bike. My intentions for the bike is for going on trails. I dont really care for racing it. Currently testing the waters and if i like this sport down the road ill invest on a better dirt bike. This one will do for now.
What carburetor did you upgrade too and air filter
@@tankwallker3515 I got a mikuni carburetor for mine. A whole lot better than the stock carb. Bike runs great
Do a front spocket change or back sprocket change put a bigger one on more quickness less top speed
Don't let them assemble it they don't use loctite if they used loctite I would have them assemble it ask them to do it when you buy it you're paying $200 for it
Do not mess with your carburetor when you first get it trust me wait until you need to and check all your bolts you should take them out and use loctite I've heard so many stories people losing their bolts
That is a honda cg clone over head valves pushrod motor. Much different from a Gy6 motor. Gy6 is an over head cam. Cam operated valves. The cg motors are easier to work on and have been around for close to 40 years.

You're not going to be going over many bumps with that shifter that low. Lol
18 front tooth sprocket will make it at 60 plus or 17 I think it comes with a 16 tooth
I bet you if you if you put a 60 tooth sprocket in the back that thing would wheelie in all gears maybe not 5th they have wheelie bars now that hook on to the right side of the swing arm then a wire goes under your foot peg and hooks onto your brake so every time it hits you don't have to worry about flipping anymore it teaches you how to wheelie Google Motocross wheelie bars if you want to get one you can go on TH-cam they have a video on it Google wheelie bar on Motocross bikes
I'm pretty sure he said it has a Japanese carburetor unless I'm hearing things I need to rewind it.

Like I said I never heard a Japanese pot on a Chinese bike I guess that bike is meant to last I would not touch that carburetor if you want speed just change the front sprocket a bigger front sprocket will make you go faster in the long run

I just bought one of these little 150 Piper and I can’t find where I can get the plastics because I need new plastics first one the previous owner destroyed the bike so I’m trying to rebuild Little any help would be grateful

It’s idel is low I had the same problem on the right side of the bike on the carburetor there’s a idel key a flat head screw driver can fit in it or you can just use your fingers

What is the shaft size for the front sprocket is it 17 mm or 20 mm so I can get this sprocket before I even get the bike
