Why does someone losing weight automatically mean they’re looking “amazing” and “🔥🔥🔥”. No one knows what she might have gone through/is going through to have lost a bit of weight.. She looks good regardless of her size.

She basically lost weight by not restricting her diet and eating unhealthy foods in moderation. Same thing happened for me! When you restrict, you tend to binge afterwards.
