Went to the Leonardo Skatepark Down near the Jersey Shore actually a brand new skatepark and they have light and its open till 10 pm. Great parking lot connected to a bike path. Awesome DIY section with a park section. I do a skatepark tour and then do some skate tips near the end of the video. Skatepark address

@@sk8r1049 nice man! That place sounds interesting! My friend was just there becuase he went to Long Branch and they had skate camp so he had to leave so he went to Neptune. But it looks nice there ! The kicker gap looks cool. It doesn’t look to big! The one at Leonardo is massive but smooth. And maybe we’ll get to skate that park at some point! But have fun man! I usually head down to the beach on Tuesdays ! So maybe one of these Tuesdays when you’re free ? 🤛🛹

hi !! so i just started skateboarding and i can ride pretty well, but whenever im riding and i stand sideways i lose speed really fast and have to kick a lot more than usual. any tips ?
Yeah matthieu9246 that’s awesome you’re becoming a skateboarder! It’s all about learning how to balance really well when you’re in your pushing stance. Sometimes you have to practice like standing in a pushing stance stationary and practice balancing on one leg. Also being able to pivot your foot when you go from pushing to riding stance and also go from riding stance to pushing! This video goes into detail of how to do that if you want to check it out !
