I was diagnosed with *Intrusive thoughts* (Pure O - PCOD) about 2 months, I am in constant fear and doubt I am a bad person. This has led to anxiety and depression. A few nights ago I heard this song and broke down crying in my bedroom. After this I went to college and spoke to my Tutors (broke down again) and now I am in counseling every Monday starting next week. The truth is I felt I could handle it on my own, and as soon as I would ask for help, I knew it became a real problem. But now I got help, I feel so much better! I think I have a tough time ahead of me! Because of this song I have had the courage and motivation to say, I am not alone and got help! There is only one other song that has had an impact like that on me, that song is 'Symphony' form Clean Bandit. I came to terms with my sexuality listening to that song! I was diagnosed with *Intrusive thoughts* (Pure O - PCOD) about 2 months, I am in constant fear and doubt I am a bad person. This has led to anxiety and depression. A few nights ago I heard this song and broke down crying in my bedroom. After this I went to college and spoke to my Tutors (broke down again) and now I am in counseling every Monday starting next week.
