Wow man I assume this is from some doujin circle rather than made by the uploader (though hey, I could be wrong) but _holy fuck_ is this good Not only is Reisen easily my favourite character in the series, but her theme is one of my favourites. I don't know if I'd call it my top favourite theme, but it's up there. And there are so many covers of the song that just sound... flat. To me, it's a song meant to illicit the experience of going mad amidst a warzone. That's what Reisen's battle tactic is, right? But this has such an uplifting sound (I think it's a groovy baseline working some magic) and also has some feeling of grandeur - two ideas that my brain associates with chaos. It plays to what the song is, but in a different way from the original. And it's awesome. Good shit. I ain't gonna forget it.
your assumption is correct, it lists the circle in the description. "サークル：いえろ～ぜぶら" means "Circle: Yellow Zebra." I recommend listening to their other vocals, they are really good.
