It was Urdu, not Hindi. Urdu is the co-official language of Telangana alongside Telugu. And, Hindi has no official status in Telangana

I truly hadn't heard of KTR prior to watching this video, man does he have a command over English, Hindi & Telugu, he was so composed that he drew attention completely towards himself, and his command over the three languages is exemplary, despite Hindi and English not being his native languages, he spoke each word like a native speaker. People confuse a perfect orator for a perfect politician. Thats the reason why we repeatedly caste our votes to wrong ones and end up being fooled by orators.
Just because ktr is rendering his ideas using a clear and dignified vocabulary, doesnt mean that he will act with the same integrity. The performance of the govt doesnt reflect his words. Dont be fooled by the decorum. He's well educated and is civil enough to maintain good decorum that doesnt mean his actions reflect the same notion.
