I too lost almost 23kg in a span of 1 1/2yrs. followed a simple diet of Intermittent fasting, walking through the day and especially a slow walk of 10mins after every meal. 2+lts of water everyday. less carbs, more protein, millets....had taken a break and slowly started to gain weight. i wanna get back on track and will start the challenge with you from 2nd jan as we're travelling now during the holidays. That time i had lot of stress and postpartum depression that time i had lot of weight gain around 70kgs. Inhad lot of gastric issue like air block in lungs cant do anything always inget admitted in hospital for that. Doctor told to reduce weight that time i did drastic weight loss but gradually weight increased after stopping the diet. So i want to change my lifestyle into healthy one.

Hi sister, One small tip which I felt when I started weight loss and started eating healthy. Since I followed Intermittent fasting, after eating window I will not eat anything. So that maintained my calorie intake. Somedays if I am not following the fast, then I tend to eat, not very badly but still calorie intake will be high for that day. So we should have a limited time for eating and we should eat healthy in that time. After that we automatically will not eat, it will get fixed in our brain. So have eating window time to limit the calorie intake. I am already following Intermittent fasting, we all together will lead to healthy lifestyle 👍 All the best sister 😊
