Am excited to try this. Do you have any examples of doing walls as you suggested in your last comment? A blue that has a lighter glaze finish? I'd like to do a teal with a lighter glaze. Would that lighter color be two colors down on the swatch strip?
Hi, I’m afraid we don’t have other examples to point you to. As far as what colors to use, it’s really up to your personal preference. A teal with a lighter glaze would be fun and going down two colors on the swatch is a good way to be confident that the colors will work with each other. We always like to recommend that people practice a new technique on a smaller sample to make sure they like the choices and get comfortable with the application before tackling the actual wall. We’d love to see a picture when you’re done!
Really nicely done and good tips from someone that obviously is a professional. Thank you!
Very helpful for an upcoming glazing project! Thank you for this video! ✨
Glad it was helpful!
