My whole life feels like an anxious roller coaster and I'm worried as hell about what's to come so this'll be useful. Thank you for the video, you have such a soothing voice.
Thank you, I hope this and my other audios will help even if only a little bit 💖 I completely understand how you feel, life can be incredibly tough and anxiety inducing, hopefully things will get better soon 💖Meanwhile keep doing your best, I believe in you 😊
This was quite a nice and simple audio, which speaking from previous ausios I've heard from you- was a nice change of pace & I quite enjoyed it! My best friend deals with panic attacks semi-frequently, so next time she has one, I might send this to her
I'm glad you enjoyed it ^^ I thought about adding some background ambient effect but decided against it, thought it might be a tad overwhelming if the listener was actually dealing with a panic attack I wish both you and your friend the best, I know how hard it can be to deal with panic attacks and it's never easy
@@RaconteurAudios Thank you Racon! I also know the feeling, & if you don't mind me asking- what do you typically do to help clam yourself down when you're having a panic attack? For me, I usually do the best I can to be in a quiet room/area, put in my earbuds to listen to music, & cuddle with my Pomeranian plushie (my emotional support stuffed animal as i like to refer to him as)
I don't mind at all no worries! Usually I put my headphones on and listen to asmr, either no talking videos with audio only triggers or some RPs that focus more on triggers than talking, it helps me calm down and focus on something else temporarily. When it's real bad the only thing I think helps is to try and "switch off" like that, at least for me. (Give the plushie a headpat from me for a job well done x3)
@@RaconteurAudiosHey, Racon. It's Autumn. I..um........just wanted to tell you again how much I appreciate you doing this audio a while back, my eldest sister had a seizure a little bit ago, which is a huge trigger for me for panic or anxiety attacks, and this tremendously helped me to calm down completely. Again, I appreciate you making this so, so, so much.
@@AutumnOcelot Omg I'm so sorry! I hope your sister is doing well now, seizures suck so much :/ The video will always be here for when you need it, I'm happy to know it helps you 🫂💖
