Once a candidate applies under reservation category , even if he gets selected under open category, he might still choose his job based on reservation after clearing the mains. If by chance he gets selected without Quota, after the mains then he is considered under general only and there is no loss to reservation candidates. Nothing can be determined based on clearing the prelims under general limit . He might still avail at the stage of selection his reservation status depending on the service. Else the general quota candidates will lose out if any other policy is adopted at prelims level. Or one should take undertaking the reserved candidates qualifying on general merit will compete with general candidates subsequently . Only then it is okay to agitate

Does it not mean 50% is absolutely reserved for OC category? Am I getting it wrong? or is it like reserved category students would be allowed in open category but only after the reserved category slots are filled up?

Exam కి ఒక 3 నెలలు ముందు students పూర్తిగా preparation లో ఉంటారు. తర్వాత exam దగ్గరికి వచ్చేసరికి postpone చేయటానికి ఏదో ఒక కారణం వెతుక్కుంటారు. ఒక వేళ ఏం కారణం లేకపోతే last year august 30 న group 2 కి అడిగినట్టు మాకు time సరిపోలేదు. కాబట్టి postpone చేయండి అని అడుగుతారు.
