Bro as you can see ,At 150 to 160 the outline of meter is in orange which means its a hazard to drive over 150 and the needle movement while starting the car is also conveying this msg to driver,,, its my assumption ( might be wrong)

Car is limited to 145km/hr top speed just like note which is locked at 160. Meter mai wo bi 180 but still 160 say agay car nahi jati
