Glasgow, es turístico,no solo eventos, sino centro histórico, con la estatua ecuestre del duque de Wellington, con el cono en la cabeza, museos, etc, etc. Para que el turista extranjero, no importa las nacionalidades, creencias y culturas.
Forgot to mention the first ever TV signal broadcast. (May 27th, 1927, inventor John Logie Baird transmitted the first long-distance television pictures between London and a fourth floor bedroom in the Grand Central Hotel. The pictures were sent over 438 miles of telephone lines between the English capital and Scotland’s largest city)
Excellent documentary and so superior the usual superficial accounts. Necropolis has several templar echoes. The song was written not from the viewpoint of the surviving soldier but the executed one. The "high road" meant his colleague could walk to Scotland across the south uplands. The low road meant to be buried hence he would never again see his love in loch lomond though his soul would return to Scotland before his friend did.
Re. Round churches...nowt to do with Templars, historically the Celtic Church which dominated in Scotland from the 6th Century, brought over by Irish Monks (eg Saint Columba) built round structures - some of which still remain especially in the far north and west. Today, round steeples/towers indicate Celtic construction style.
Dude, this is an amazing mini-documentary! I hope you could take me on a tour of these places when I visit!
Inshaallah bro, I can't wait!

I might be wrong but I think that the Maclannan arch was moved to its present location in the 90s from Charlotte street
