I always like your video and I watched so many video's of yours. I want to take your blogging course but now I am not able to buy because I am a student .....one day I will definitely buy your course....good luck.....you give valuable information on TH-cam . Actually TH-cam is for the guys who gives information like you.... great 👍👍...I am absolutely impressed....I always waiting for your videos
I love and appreciate all of your videos and insight. I am still struggling with finding my niche. I'm really into food, recipes, cooking etc but don't want to be stuck with affiliate links trying to convince the masses to buy a spatula lol
Those SEO programs like ahref are expensive for the first time blogger that’s not generating any income. You make it sound so easy to look up SEO searches. But $99 a month is a lot of money when you have no money coming in. Can you do a video that doesn’t use ahref.
Ahrefs has a free keyword generator that I currently use. It’s helpful But if I’m being completely honest, I know I need the paid version. There’s a lot more info I need before I even begin writing a blog post. I’ve actually got about 20 post written but I realize the mistakes I’ve made, and want to wait until I can afford the paid version of Ahrefs, so that I can Research my niche in totality to create a content calendar . It’s only then I’ll be sure I’m picking the write niches/topics/products
He's mentioned in another video you could plan a whole years worth of research to do in 1 month. Document the keywords (and relevant info) for say 50-100 blog posts. Then cancel. If you do that, it's equivalent to paying $8.50 a month for a year. I know it's not the same, as there will be things you learn & adapt over time you couldn't have known earlier. But it's still a lot better than paying $1,200 per year for it. This is exactly what I'm about to do. Then after I get a handful of blogs posted, I'll use that saved money to spend on Surfer SEO to optimize my posts.
You spoke about a very interesting issue...Getting approved by an affiliate company, ( NON-CLICKBANK ) is very difficult. I will assume that you would need to have ENOUGH content written on a particular subject to show your expertise BEFORE that afffiliate company decides to approve you or not. This is another part of the process that many " affiliate gurus" dont explain on their video tutorials and I thank you for stating some of that here. Many affiliate marketing videos here just say " join the affiliate program" but they dont tell you " apply for them and see if you are going to get approved".. This is another hurdle in this process.
Totally true! Need to check you'll get approved first. Also most courses like Adam's supposedly doesn't include access to any keyword research tool so something to be aware.
This is all fantastic. I think what truly is exceptional is just seeing your workflow with Ahrefs and how you actually navigate and research. Both for instructional and transactional content ideas. That in and of itself could be a stand alone video.
Adam love this! What do you think about clubbing informational + transactional. So for example "Best places to stay in London" would include information about best areas in London and how to pick an area to stay in London followed by a top 10 list based on the information. Do these work with the algorithm? or do you recommend keeping them separate?
Those types of travel articles can work where you talk about the place and recommend airbnbs and hotels. The tricky part is gonna be finding keywords or smaller towns that aren’t too competitive.
Hi Adam, This question may have an obvious answer but I can’t find it anywhere on the internet! How do you get photos for transactional posts? I’m at the stage where, as you suggest, I’ve got review posts up with non affiliate links and my own photos of the products. I can now swap those links out for affiliate ones 🎉 I’m now starting to write gift guides with affiliate links to companies I’ve been accepted with, but have no idea how to do the photos? Can I use the product photo from the company’s website eg a Christmas skincare gift box from Sephora etc. I see blog posts like this ALL the time especially leading up to Christmas and have no idea how they do it! Their product photos do appear to be from the website’s pages, but have no idea if you can just use/take them as you want? Thanks in advance!
This is a good question and it’s a tricky grey area. Technically you are always supposed to get permission when getting any photos from brands. Amazon photos you can take if you’re an Amazon associate. Will you get caught for taking a product photo? Probably not. But it’s best to try and get permission (not legal advice).
Thank you for the lovely video. Big fan of your work. I am someone who is working in Information Technology(Tech background) and if I choose my niche in IT domain, will it work in the long run in blogging? Please advise. Is there any affiliate program that is part of IT software? Generally how many words are considered as a minimum requirement for a blog or technical blog?

Right now I am researching VPS hosting, Cache'ing and CDN for my wordpress site. I have been binging all your videos, and have better understanding of the process, but I have much to learn yet. When I watch videos like this, my biggest question is: Can I use these exact concepts for my staffing service business? Instead of using affiliate links, I use my own links for prospects to book meetings with my team or watch a webinar on demand about our service.? Let me know please.
I really like your Videos and enjoy them to watch, but for a beginner, is no way to do it like you recommend here. Ahrefs 89$/mo. Content at Scale starts at 250$ Surfer SEO 89$/mo What about you create some Videos how beginners really can start without spending the half of the earnings for tools what maybe pay off in 9-24 month.

My like is the first and here is the comment too
What’s the ideal volume and KD combo? Under 20 KD you mentioned in the video but didn’t hear you say what is enough volume for it to be worth it
Are ads good to implement or does this take away from the experience too much, I know other platforms like ezoic pay more than the usual Adsense

I don’t recommend you do any paid traffic for affiliate marketing as the math usually breaks. You should focus on long term free channels.

Great stuff Adam! So would using a PBN be an equal or better alternative to Backlink outreach? (I know it’s greyhat.) :)
Don’t do PBNs. Just outreach and helpful content.
@@AdamEnfroy why not though? Would love to hear your thoughts on that.
