The only aim in Rust is to survive. To do this you will need to overcome struggles such as hunger, thirst and cold. Build a fire. Build a shelter. Kill animals for meat. Protect yourself from other players, and kill them for meat. Create alliances with other players and form a town. Do whatever it takes to survive.

@@omnical6135 As other people have already pointed out, it was purposely set up like that to catch new players unaware and have them trade their guns away. Due to that, you could make a case either way for it being a "scan."

It wasn’t even a scam shop. They just misread what was being sold and paid the price for it.

It's clearly a scam to lure people in who can't understand the already pretty mis-leading shop system in rust, and it clearly already worked on welyn.
