Fun fact: this is inspired by inside out as she stated it in ggv. She said that the song was about bing bong, an imaginary friend of riley, who was forgotten eventually and is lurking alone in her mind while carrying that memories of him with her in his infinity pocket. And that time where sacrifices should be made, he sacrifices himself for the core emotion of her which is joy (spoiler) and was disappeared in the pit of forgetfulness.

Through out my 18 years of existence I was used to do the same thing, rolling a day and ends with a nightfall realization. He wrapped his arm around Persephone’s waist, and walk towards where the party is. One felt pain, and one felt happiness.

I saw a glimpse of memories of my head. I smile and laugh a little when i saw her face smiling and laughing that i want to hear everyday because of how angelic it is. Her voice is like a llulaby that you can sleep peacefully and a warm of her hugs that like a home. As the memories flash, i feel a water dropping in my cheeks.

I heard the priest said. I looked at her face sleeping peacefully in a white bed, memorizing every small datails of it not wanting to forget about it. When i can't hold it i slowly close our distance, i saw the teardrops in my eyes falling on her face. When our face are inch away i touch her face and close my eyes, i cried harder when i saw her waving at me with a white gown that i pick to out wedding.
"Let our path meet again mylove." I said one last time before kissing her. I heard everyone crying inside in this small room. I hug her and cried in her shoulder not wanting to let go of her. I cried harder when i heard the beep of machine that give her life. I begged once again wishing that she will come back once she heard me begging but i guess it's the end because the doctor already give the time and date of her death and i think it's all gonna be memories of her and me being happy together.
Rn im thinking about my mom while listening to this song cause i miss her so much, she's not dead or what, but she have new family and im very happy for her, to her new family pls take my mom to the moon for me :)
I have used this song multiple times na to let you go and for u to stay loyal and be happy to someone who isn’t me since we were only instrument to guide eachother to the person who we were meant to be, but for me i don’t believe that i am meant to be with someone aside from you because i felt the fate lead me only to you and no one else. fate lead us together but we failed the challenges that’s why we have no choice but to breathe and let eachother go because in the end, we only destroy ourselves for forgiving eachother way too much if we still kept holding on.
