From 1st July 2020, ESI has changed the employee registration rules. They have made adding a mobile number, Bank details also with a copy of the passbook or cancelled cheque mandatory. We will learn the new employee registration process on the ESIC portal online.

Sir, I have a case please help if you notice my comment
1. One firm was incorporated in July 2018 and got its PF and ESI code on Oct 2019 - Department is asking for clarification on GAP between the date of incorporation and date of generating the codes.
2. It was having 15 employees at the time of incorporation as mentioned in the PF/ESI Code Form but they never generated any UAN number or paid any ECR chalan for the same.
3. They want to start it now, how to proceed in such case.

Mujhe ye Janna tha ki medical equipment ka reimburse kaise mil sakta. Mujhe hearing loss ki problem h pichhle 8 saal se, ESI I chakra laga laga m thak gya per nhi mili, aakhir me mujhe out source se hearing aid leni padi.
To mera ye expenses reimburse ho sakta.

I am in a difficult situation can you please suggest me what should I do in such a case?
My previous organization hired me with a joining bonus which needs to pay after 6 months but after 4 months as per my performance they asked me to take incentives per month and take that bonus by july 2020 end
And on 15th july 2020 they asked me to be on LWP then I asked them to pay my that bonus so they are saying we are not paying variable amount as of now due to covid

What if i have to add an employee today(29 sep 2020) who joined on 1st Sep 2020? If i select 1 sep in the esic portal, they will send me a notice and i have to submit lot of documents till then todays date will be date of joining (consider the scenario with 30-40 employees) . But if i precisely put a date of 10 days before(20 sep 2020), no notice nothing....
Is it possible to keep date of joining on epf and esic different? (As epf site is accepting joining date as 1-sep-2020.
