1.Hate is not taught in Indian education system. However it is still being taught in Pakistan education in schools. 2. People in India were able to read and write Hindi in northern area before partition. However, I think Pakistan has totally abolished the written hindi language in Pakistan. India still has preserved all cultures and languages.
