PROTEIN GLAZE FOR GINGERBREAD | royal icing with egg whites

Hello, friends! This is the easiest recipe for protein glaze)) The recipe is incredibly simple, consists of several ingredients.

ingredients
🔸35 g egg whites
🔸190 g powdered sugar
🔸1 g cornstarch
🔸0.5 tsp lemon juice
🔸shredded coconut
Mix the powdered sugar with cornstarch and egg whites. Then beat with a mixer on low speed for about 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice and beat for another 3 minutes.
If the glaze is too thick, add a little water and mix.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
