this may not be the classic Kashmiri rogan josh for e.g. onions, coriander powder or special garam masala are not really part of the classic dish some wazwan ( kashmiri chefs) put garlic some don't...some put mawal ( cockscomb flower for red colour) some don't . so it is quite varied - but saunf powder, saunth powder red chilli powder - both types are classically essential ingredients...i also prefer garlic, it is a great taste enhancer..also jeera powder..all in all taste must be good...thanks for the video
